The user is not left to his/her fate: our helpdesk responds quickly with answers that are clear to the less frequent user. The helpdes is available daily during office hours and can -if necessary- take over your screen from our offices via Teamleader. 

Additionally, Dataline Solutions offers a technology helpdesk to whom you can entrust your worries about hardware, networks, operating systems and the like. Even when faced with a power failure, a faulty upgrade of your operating system or a hard drive crash, we put you back on track.
